With lots of health issues in my bloodline, I know that not everything is avoidable- but so many health issues can be avoided with good nutrition and adequate activity. It’s my responsibility to do everything I can to decrease risks where I can! •After having my daughter, we knew our family was complete. That’s when I got serious about my health and wellness. I wanted to lose the baby weight, get my energy back, get my health in check, and get my sassy confidence back •My baby girl is my sidekick and my workout buddy. I continued to exercise three days a week throughout her pregnancy and bounced her around my belly for 9 long months! It was difficult- but so worth it! It’s my job to raise her to be a strong, kind, healthy, goal-driven little beast baby! She watches my every move and absorbs everything- good and bad She also has her mommas sweet tooth and would live off peanut butter cups, cake, and jellybeans if I let her Although we enjoy our treats and sweets, we always eat a balanced diet and have lots of fruits, veggies, and variety of foods. We also stay very active- my kiddos come to the gym with me on week days and they know that mom and dad take turns at the gym on weekend mornings if we’re home! We play outside, go for walks, and love picnics in the park. •The best way to Teach them is to Show them!
