Weight is a hard thing to go by. I was 246lbs yesterday morning and 241lbs this morning. 🤔 Water weight I suppose, but I had more “cheat snacks” the night before. Weight sky-rockets up, to a “no denial ten lbs heavier” once you get on the right “supplements” or change it around. But when your not taking you don’t take supplements, you grind for every pound! 😖 But the mirror never lies photos sometimes do, especially selfies bc were looking at our bodies “eye level” 👀 with different lighting and a different view. You may see a body part bigger, or more ripped then the selfie shows 😤. And it could work the opposite way, certain angles can hide that fat waistline by taking side shots! 🤣 But the front on shot is a bold one. What to eat when traveling?? If you are following carnivore, plan on packing food. It’s easy to eat when you are traveling if you can go to restaurants but otherwise you may struggle with pit stop eating and snacking. I prefer to fast until I can get a proper meal, but I understand the difficulties of that as well. Here are my suggestions when away from home: 🥩sugar free and “clean” dried beef/jerkey 🥩hard boiled eggs for day 1 or if coolers are avail 🥩smoked salmon 🥩sardines 🥩GF butter (a couple bits will carry you a long way) 🥩salami and cured meats are easy but are quite processed, shop wisely here. 🥩last resort fast food : anyplace with a grilled burger not cooked in oil, some places offer egg/ham sandwich (no bread) 🥩bone broth powders for mixing into drinks 🥩baked pork rinds 🧠Don’t forget you can always fast and get all the amazing benefits of that until you have an opportunity for a good meal 🤗

Happy place vibes🏃🏻‍♀️⁣ ⁣ Today was one of the toughest runs I’ve had in a long time. I love running by the water, but damn that wind was WHIPPIN’ today. I wanted to run faster and nature was just not having it. ⁣ ⁣ I felt so frustrated I was actually screaming out loud. I wanted to turn around at mile 1, and if I wasn’t training for this race AND MORE THAN HALFWAY TO MY FUNDRAISING GOAL LINK IN BIO👆🏼 I probably would have. But your girl PUSHED and beat my 6 mile average by :54 seconds per mile. ⁣ ⁣ Take away: Goals. The importance of goals and setting them for yourself. The kind of person you can be when you work towards something you care about, the lessons your learn, and what a BOSS you feel like after you get there. ⁣ ⁣ To all the tourists I scared with my Serena Williams outbursts today, sorry not sorry.
