Ladies here are my top 4 gluteus exercises that you need to incorporate in your routine Don’t forget your squats lunges and deadlifts of course 1.Kneeling squats -With your head looking forward, sit back with your butt until you touch your calves. Reverse the motion, returning the torso to an upright position. 2.Barbell Hip Thrust-Roll the bar so that it is directly above your hips, and lean back against the bench so that your shoulder blades are near the top of itBegin the movement by driving through your feet, extending your hips vertically through the bar. Your weight should be supported by your shoulder blades and your feet. Extend as far as possible, then reverse the motion to return to the starting position. 3.Cable pull through- Begin the movement by reaching through your legs as far as possible, bending at the hips. Keep your knees slightly bent. Is there a difference between fasted cardio and post-meal metabolic conditioning? Can the two even be compared? What about using ketones for fuel? Carbohydrates are your body’s number one preferred fuel source during intense bouts of exercise. Is it possible to push the limits and get your body to adapt to using fat more as a fuel? If you have low metabolic flexibility, it’s likely your body will be stuck in using carbs as a fuel source, instead of being able to flip the switch between carbs and fats. Ketones are another possibility for fuel on the nutritional food scale. The aim should be for metabolic flexibility and macro matching your fuel source to the exercise and physical activity you’re doing to improve performance. ↙️⬇️↘️ This little clip was caught by accident (Christina hit record when she thought she hit stop🤓). It isn’t anything crazy, but made me appreciate all the little micro adjustments our body makes. I came off a side hit wrong coming out of the forest, which landed me in some small bumps with a bunch of chop. A trained body and mind makes the adjustments and has the durability needed to absorb these kind of situations. Which this was just one of many riding in choppy conditions yesterday. My point is this, unless you ride several times a week you won’t be able to safely and consistently achieve the desired level with out training for it. Today is the first day I’ve had space to start to unpack my life and put my house back together after my 3 month stint in Argentina and Chile. If you’ve never had the chance to spend an extended period of time in solitude, completely out of your comfort zone, and away from everything you know, I highly recommend it. Wie trainiere ich in der Diät Part 1?📉 Mikrozyklus 2 Pull/Push/Lower 1!⚔️ ⠀  Der beste Stimulus, um deine Muskulatur zu erhalten, ist der, der sie in einem hyperkalorischem Milieu zum Hypertrophieren bringen würde.👈🏼 ⠀  Das heißt, dass ich erstmal so wenig ändere wie möglich, trotzdem gab und gibt es kleinere Anpassung, direkt anfangs aber eben auch im 2. Zyklus.🔥 ⠀  Trainiert wird weiterhin Pull/Push/Lower/Repeat/Rest, also 6x/Woche. Die ersten beiden Pull/Push Einheiten sind mit horizontalem Fokus, die späteren vertikal fokussiert (Incline ist vertikal in meinem Programming). Die 1. Lowereinheit ist Quad-fokussiert, die 2. mit Hamstring/Glute Fokus.💯 ⠀  So habe ich zwischen Tagen mit starker Axialbelastung (Pull 1, Lower 1, Lower 2) immer mind. 2 Tage mit wenig bis keiner, was enorm wichtig ist, damit ich die systemische Ermüdung, die sich durch diese akkumuliert, bestmöglich regeneriere. Pull/Push 2 sind auch im Verhältnis zu denen mit horizontalem Fokus eher weniger anstrengend (Session RPEs sind geringer), vor allem systemisch, was mir bei der wohl anstrengendsten Einheit der Woche, Lower mit Hamstring Fokus(Deadlifts) enorm entgegenkommt.😤 ⠀  Jede Muskelgruppe wird 2x/Woche trainiert, mit Ausnahme meiner Delts und Bizepse, bei denen ich das wöchentliche Volumen aktuell auf jeweils 4 Tage aufteile.💪🏼 ⠀  Wie habe ich mein Volumen im Defizit verändert? So we were planning on doing an 8 HOUR ARM WORKOUT today(no, seriously) in honor of the legend himself, Rich Piana 1dayumay. Sadly, we left on our YouTube camera at college 😞 so we are going to complete the 8 hour arm challenge next weekend. We decided to do a one hour arm workout today instead 👊🏼 - Checked out World Gym in Portland for the first time today, and definitely will be coming back again! To be honest with you, all of the diets you have heard of WORK Paleo, Atkins(KETO), Flexible Dieting, Bro Diet, Intermittent Fasting, vegan and many others are great for fat-loss They all have 1 thing in common and that 1 thing is the reason why they all work That thing is called 💥CALORIE DEFICIT💥. What is CALORIE DEFICIT? It pretty much means you're eating less calories than you burning. You are burning more For examples, if you burn about 2000 calories per day and you eat 1800 calories then that means you are burning an extra 200 calories which then will lead to fat-loss It isn't rocket science folks. There is no magic trick to diets BUT! There is a best one for each individual. Let me help you figure out yours Here are a some key things to think about when you're choosing your diet: . ✅Make sure that you can sustain and enjoy this diet.
