Client Katie competing this weekend at the BC Cup in Kamloops This is Katie’s very first bikini competition and I doubt will be her last. She’s been training for a while now and decided to take the next step and next challenge of competing with the Let me tell you this girl is a hard worker and eats more than any competitor I’ve ever coached going into a show! But she was able to use the food as fuel and really crank it the intensity with her workouts.
