Rižoto sa surimijem i povrćem Za one koji możda do sada nisu čuli, surimi je jako popularno i povoljno presovano meso rakova. Finog je ukusa i hako hranljivo. 🍛 Potrebno: 300g surimija 1 šolja pirinča 2 kašike soja sosa 4 kašike maslinovog ulja 1/3 kašičice belog luka u prahu 1 šoljica kukuruza šećerca 1 veća šargarepa 1 šoljica graška 1 paprika Na vrh noža kari začina 1/2 kašičice origana 1 šolja vruće vode Priprema: U maslinovom ulju propržiti opran i osušen pirinač 2-3 minuta da postane staklast. Dodati mu soja sos, kari, origano, beli luk u prahu, smrznut grašak, kukuruz šećerac I iseckanu šargarepu, naliti vodom da ogrezne i dinstati na nižoj temperaturi 20-ak minuta uz povremeno dodavanje vruće vode (još 1 šolja). Kada pirinač bude skoro gotov, dodati isečene surimije i dinstati još par minuta. Serducha, mam pytanie! Czy interesowałby Was film o moim powrocie do formy i do treningów po operacji? Nie ukrywam, że trochę zaczyna mi doskwierać brak ruchu. Dużo łatwiej też trzyma mi się dietę, kiedy mogę trenować więc za zgodą lekarza będę powoli działać na siłowni 💪 Opowiadałam też ostatnio, że mocno ograniczam produkty mięsne w diecie i przez to jeszcze większą uwagę przykładam do zawartości białka w innych produktach i tak na przykład jogurty Arla Protein mają aż 20g białka w porcji! Także mnie to wielokrotnie ratuje, bo ograniczając mięso zdarzało mi się nie dobijać do 50g białka w ciągu dnia 🙈 a to trochę malutko żeby utrzymać czy rozbudować mięśnie 🐗 Wegetarianie, z czego głównie czerpiecie białko? Glucogenic amino acids, vast majority, can be converted to glucose, which can be turned into fat. Also the 4 ketogenic acids can be converted to ketone bodies. - - Fortunately we have a lot of research on this topic where they compared low and high protein intakes to see the difference. Going above 1.8 g / kg of total body weight did not result in any extra lean mass. For a trainee who is 75 kg, that would be 135 g of protein per day. Consuming more than that does not give any extra benefits.
