Ehrlicher Weise muss ich ja zugeben, dass ich die letzten Wochen wirklich etwas nachlässig war mit dem Zählen der Kalorien 🧮 und sehr intuitiv meine Mahlzeiten geplant habe. Aber da sich optisch alles langsam aber sicher in Richtung einer verbesserten Defi bewegt hat, war ich ganz zufrieden und der Zeitaufwand einfach zu groß 🙄. Außerdem war ich durch das monatelange, vorherige Abwiegen und Zählen ziemlich im Abschätzen - also alles im ✅-Bereich Aber jetzt werden die Zügel 🏇 mal wieder straffer angezogen und ab Sonntag (man soll sich ja feste Termine setzen 🎯) wird penibelst getrackt. Wollen doch mal sehen, was noch so geht bis zum Sommer ☀️🏝⛱. Das wird jetzt sicher keine strenge Wettkampfdiät, aber wenigstens in die Richtung soll es gehen 🤓. Zudem will ich das ein oder andere ernährungstechnisch einfach mal ausprobieren und die Reaktion meines Körper testen 🤪😳 . Und natürlich auch krassere Sixpack-Bildchen produzieren. Es geht doch nix über echte, selbstproduzierte Vorher-Nacher-Vergleiche 🤣. Ist Euch eigentlich schonmal aufgefallen, wie viele der Fitness-Youtuber auf Ihren diversen Trainings-und E-Book-Verkaufsseiten alle dieselben Vorher-Nacher Erfolgsbildchen haben 🤔.
