Run club going again tomorrow night! For for all abilities!
If you’re a person who has never really ran before and want to try it, there’s no better time with summer here.
We do a mix of running drills and interval training round a set loop, to ensure nobody gets left behind. Distance between 3-6km (depending on how fast you run). Any further questions let me know.
