EASY CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BALLS 🍫❤ I've got to hand it to you run2food these might down right be the BEST protein balls that I have ever tried! Like you, protein balls/bars are also a weakness of mine simply because of the convenience. But when you really think about it, making your own is honestly soooo much better for many of reasons including: a) you can adjust the taste to suit your liking b) it's so much more cost effective c) you can make them in bulk and then store them in the freezer d) it's way healthier for you So, if you couldn't tell already, I am absolutely the BIGGEST fan of these homemade protein balls. Before making these I was literally searching for ages looking for something that's both easy to make and something that I already had all of the ingredients for. So, in other words, when this recipe popped up on my feed I couldn't have been more thankful! I followed the recipe pretty much exactly except instead of adding dark chocolate (because I didn't have any) I added 2 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 tbsp of maple syrup. Oh, and I also added heaps more water because in the past I have ALWAYS needed more than what's recommended. At one stage I actually thought that I had added too much water, but then I tried it out for the first time and it turned out completely fine, maybe even better? The only difference is that it makes the mixture a little bit softer, but that's honestly sooo much more satisfying in my opinion 😍 In conclusion, these protein balls are literally too good I still can't get over it. If you aren't already following run2food then first of all what are you even doing? And second of all you should because there's heaps more recipes and inspiration you can find on her account, including this delicious protein ball recipe. I'm telling you, you have GOT to try it out!

Research shows now, the obsession for a clean space comes from ability it has for our headspace to feel clarity and open. Possessions, clutter and mess directly affects our ability to feel calmer and organised. BUT as a mum(or busy person for that fact!), we may not have that ability to be a reality. Does the pressure for a clean space create more stress on ourselves than the mess itself? I think we need to find a happy medium and find the ability to not over accumulate (which can be hard when constantly being gifted or having an obsession to shop etc) we also don’t want to waste so it feels like when you throw away things you’re contributing to waste ☹️. Mother’s will never have the picture perfect home (behind the highlight real) and social media can cause more pressure for the picture perfect space. Having a few spaces that are kept minimal and light can make a big difference to mood non the less. Let’s just learn to appreciate a nice Pinterest pic and love the not so perfect - but ‘perfect in their own way’ spaces we create for ourselves (with the helps of our /partners/roommates)🌿🙌🏻💙

Part 2 Suite à la vidéo sur l' arrêtducafé, vous avez été nombreux à nous dire que c'était vraiment très compliqué de s'en passer pour certains d'entre vous. Aujourd'hui, je vous emmène dans ma cuisine et je vais vous partager une alternative pour remplacer votre petit café du matin avec une super boisson naturelle à base de citron et d'épices. Cette boisson est parfaite pour se donner un petit coup de fouet ! Et en plus, c'est trop bon ! Pour la recette, vous aurez besoin : - d'une tasse d'eau chaude - - 1/2 citron - 1 petit bout de gingembre - - 1 petit bout de curcuma - 3 à 4 tours de poivre en moulin - - 1 bâton de cannelle - 1/2 cuillère à café de miel (facultatif) Si vous choisissez des épices en poudre, comptez 1/2 cuillère à café par épice ! Il suffit de tout mettre à infuser dans de l'eau chaude pendant 10 à 15 minutes, sauf le jus de citron. Juste avant de boire, verser le jus de citron ! Et voilà ! Effet revigorant assuré !
