6 weeks ago vs yesterday! All it takes is a minimum of 10 mins per day of stretching to make improvements with your flexibility training. Practice makes perfect. Giving myself 10 mins every day to work on headstands. I don’t have them down yet, but my balance is MUCH better than it was 4 weeks ago! I just finished doing 45 mins of at home yoga and when I was finished with the 10 mins of mediation, my heart rate was beating at 54bpm, so calm and relaxed after every session. I’ve been meditating/praying for 10 mins after each session for the last month and my spirit feels so much better. Im getting stronger and healthier as well! When stretching, stretch until you hit that first point of “resistance” hold there for 30 seconds. Don’t have yoga blocks? Stack of books or magazines will work too. Laying in this position for about 1-2 mins, feels amazing on the shoulders you can literally feel the tightness slowly let up. This meal took me less than 15 mins to make (I like my steaks medium, so I cook on each side for 2-4 mins, depending the cut of the steak, on a gas stove).
