I’ve been so sick these last few days that I even contemplated not doing my show I couldn’t workout or eat how I needed to for show day and it got to me this morning I came into the gym to just do some light cardio and stand my ass in the sauna for 30 mins to help shed some water weight and feel back 100 percent. Today makes 3 weeks out 🤗 so happy Mother Nature is playing her course this week and not the week of my show I typically gain 5-6lbs of water weight when my period starts and for my last 3 shows, I’ve always been on it. So I admit this doesn’t look very appealing, but it seriously tastes sooo good! Almost like sweet potato pie, I felt like I was cheating on my prep lol. I roasted some pecans for 10 mins, sprinkled cinnamon on top and mixed them with sweet potato and a tiny bit of unsweetened, vanilla almond milk you guuuys have to try! Make sure everything is nice and warm, you won’t be disappointed!
