💪Who can’t love training arms?🤗💕 That burn, that muscle pop, that jello arm satisfaction😱💪 ~ 💪This is coming from someone who hated training arms. And I bet you can guess why I hated it well if not well here’s the plain and simple answer that many women become brain washed into thinking🧠 “I DON’T WANT BULKY ARMS!”💪 ~ 💪To all ladies out there, I had the same thought as well. I didn’t even train arms and the second I saw muscle on my arms, I was like nooooo But after all my years of working out, I have finally come to realize, training arms is not only one of my favourite workouts but also it will never get you bulky!❌💪 ~ 💪Some new knowledge for anyone who thought what I thought for many years: >Women are not built in a way that they can get major bulky arms from weight lifting. >ALTHOUGH, if your goal is to gain mass amounts of muscle on your arms, that’s very achievable with hard work, supplements and training specifically to increase your arm mass. >But for ladies who fear it, trust me, do 2 arm workouts a week at least, come back to me in a month and tell me what happened!🌟 I bet you, you will have toned amazing looking arms that will turn into one of your biggest assets. intermitting_fasting reallife ❤️ THIS IS ME. And I’m proud of the results as this is only 10 weeks ago. ❤️ When we came back from our road trip hodgeyandfigs I was totally out of shape. Gain on a “few” kilo”s and I didn’t feel like me. I didn’t train at all in these months and I loved it for this period of time, but I needed to get back on track and be happy with me again. ▪️ We (me and my boyfriend) started to do intermittentfasting about 10 weeks ago and we also started to do workouts at home and trying to eat more healthy. This is the result of 10 weeks later and I’m a proud girl. ▪️ Offcourse I have my insecurities about some of my body parts and yes I still don’t have the media perfect body. Trained arms for the first time in something like a month. Was meant to be a test day but got bored. Recorded so much today because oli melfi couldn’t stop laughing at it😂 A new study was recently compiled adding to the theory of fascia stretching during exercise (stretching during training) and saw an increase in hypertrophy of 50% bias to certain muscle groups. If anyone’s pure goal is to try gain some muscle then try incorporate a large stretch in your muscles something I don’t see regularly with half repping.
