With summer just around the corner, I tried on some bathing suits for the first time in 15 years. During the process, I started getting frustrated. Pinching my stomach here, nitpicking my lack of curves there etc. I had been yo-yo dieting since I was 8. Now at 25, like many others, I still find it difficult to accept my body sometimes. At the end of the day, I just need a little self reflection that my body is indeed strong, resilient and it’s doing a damn fine job.
