I’ve trained 9 gruesome weeks for next week. I’m not letting anything in my way. TB to yesterday’s 30 back squats at 80kg. Double session today with HIT and then CrossFit which was a 40 min slog fest but a lot of fun. My variation was. 10 rounds 10m leopard crawl 10 reverse lunges 10m walking lunge 15kg DBs 10 reverse lunge 10 DB cleans 10 reverse lunge 10 DB alt sq cln thruster (light 6kg) 10 reverse lunge 10 strict press (6kg) 10 reverse lunge I lost count of the rounds early on so just worked for 40 mins haha and light on the overhead due to the elbow. legday
