OCR class 401-3 did the "Hardy Girl" workout that had them enjoying a pull up ladder. Starting at 12 reps they decreased by 1 per round. In between pull ups they enjoyed 24 box jumps & 20 goblet squats. They finished with a. 800M run a d 50 v-ups after the round of 1 for the full body effect. Así que me esforcé para subir al barco lo más saludable posible pues no me iba a privar de los placeres mundanos, respeto infinitamente a quien lo hace y no lo juzgo pero llevo varios años procurando una mejor relación con la comida y con el tema de cómo me veo. He procurado amar eso que soy y reconocer la importancia de trabajar en mi belleza interior y autoestima. Hace algunos años no hubiera subido una historia con mi cara manchada y menos con un enterizo hoy en día lo hago feliz sin temor y segura de que soy mi seguidora número uno, que los momentos realmente valiosos van mas allá de los “likes” de los seguidores. Que la verdadera fuerza está en el poder sostenerse sin tambalear en un mundo lleno de estímulos falsos y de exigencias estupidas. Admittedly not the prettiest set I've done. But here's what's up. Since my last race at the spartanstadion at Nats Park, I've had to get through three bouts of illness, treatment for a misaligned spine, and spending as much energy as possible in my body to be the best dad possible to our new little guy. On the margins of this, I've had to squeeze in time to keep training This video is mid-workout at 10:30 pm in the middle of the week. Chores done and little man is all taken care of. This is what I can muster. You know what? I'm damn proud of it. I've certainly been better prepared to race before and I'm hoping heart can help push me through some. Edmonton was too rainy so off to Saskatoon I go! For Advocis National meeting’sbut the weather here at YXE is much nicer than the pouring rain I left behind in Edmonton! Went for a quick and easy 5K recovery runand ended up setting a new PR for my 10K. Nice! I had a lot of fun hanging around and running up-n-down AT&T Stadium (aka JerryWorld) this weekend. While it's a "fast" stadium course, the amount of stairs you climb and descend makes this feel like a mountain sprint. I ran a fast clean race, but that was only good enough for a 4th place AG finish this day. Great job to my fellow racers!

Just a boy and his tools. I tried a new workout with the mace and tire and it was a good one. I started with 15 swings on each side and overhead. I then attempted to do 15-1 tomahawk swings each side and overhead but only made it to the round of 12 as my hands were shredded. My shoulders were feeling it and it had the added bonus of working the grip strength. 35.63 KM’s over 8 1/2 hours of trail and obstacle racing with ~3066 feet of elevation gain done ✅ during this amazing 12 hour xwarriorchallenge BlackOps event.
