I used to hate my legs now I’m proud of them, where I’ve been applying Estrogel on my inner thighs it’s given me Cellulite terribly but I don’t care, I love my ever growing, strong Quads. _ I read a Post this morning by a Professional BodyBuilder, she said she’s in this for the long haul and that hit me, building muscle is no quick process for me, it is for some as we’re all made up differently but for me it’s taking a very long time. _ I gave training a miss last night as I [still] have a Hormonal Headache. Because I take Estrogel and still have my Womb I have to take Progesterone to protect it from Cancer. I take this 12 Days per month and when I stop it causes a bleed. Side effects can be bloat, headaches, cramps well all the PMS symptoms and I’m actually in quite a bit of pain here but I’m telling my body my mind is stronger and blocking it out. I’m training tonight, no way am I missing it, for me discipline is a biggy and I’ve had my 2 days rest so back on the bench tonight. _ I decided to start to lifting heavy with a World Championship Powerlifter to shake my training up a bit and for other reasons. One is I wanted to focus on strength first and I’m sure the gains will follow. Two, I like to push myself out of my comfort zone to prove to myself what I’m capable of achieving. Three, weight bearing exercise is great for healthy bones for us Menopausal women.
