South India food is delicious😋 But can be spicy for some and heavy for others. What I usually do to balance my meals during my stay in India, in order to feel great, full of energy and never feeling heavy or ill or even lethargic, which I never did, was to eat less rice and more legumes dishes (protein rich foods) little bit of paratha bread or none and eat very, very slowly, always chewing throughly in order not to increase heat in my body since weather was super hot already and try to stay cool and always keep hydrated by drinking coconut water and or drinking water all the time.
I know my body very well, I think that is one of my greatest advantages, to know how to listen to my body and follow Ayurveda principles. That is how I stayed safe, healthy and full of energy the whole month of my trip with my suryaworld family.
I enjoyed everything so much. Health is everything, without it you can not enjoy life in the same way. Being healthy allows you to feel happier, joyful and in contentment all the time. That is one of my secrets of happiness 🤗Thank you suryaworld for all the teachings🙏😇💖✨
