Last heavy deadlift session of prep was a shambles tonight. Couldn’t get tight or drive with my legs. Pissed me off. Videos are last warm up 205kg, failed 230kg (twice), and 217.5kg failure. I need to kick all the negative shit and excuses out my head but still beating myself up. Squats afterwards for 170kg triples went well. Wasn’t going to post any of these but failure is all part of the journey.
