This week was supposed to be the start of a hypertrophy block but after dealing with some hamstring and glute pain and failing a 405lb deadlift on Monday we turned it into a low stress week to prime the muscles and generate bloodflow. Three days in and glaf to say was able to squat and deadlift with no discomfort. Looking forward to get back to training next week.
