Prep is over but that doesn’t mean the “eating healthy” has to stop. Hit biceps + shoulders today, followed by 45 mins of cardio ( steady state + uphill jog + sprints ) I’ve decided on my next show, but until then, taking a month off from prep In the mean time, I will continue to eat clean 80 percent of the time and enjoy that 20 percent of life lol!
