Oh. My. God. This was amaaaaaazing! I was craving something sweet like a dessert and I was remaking those yummy truffles, but they won’t be done for a while, and I remembered I had one giant honeycrisp apple in the fridge and got super excited! I made this yummy dip to go with it. I will definitely eat this again not on Whole30. ~425 calories for this plate . 1/4 tsp coconut oil 2 tbsp rxbar almond butter 1 tbsp Navitas cacao powder 1 1/2 tbsp bobsredmill unsweetened coconut flakes 🥥 . Combine the coconut oil and almond butter in a small microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir with a spoon. Add cacao powder and coconut flakes and stir. ~275 calories

Cooking is sincerely such an enjoyable task. I get to choose what goes in to my body and choose healthy foods. I used to eat such junky comfort foods that made me bloated and created a cyclical state of lethargy. I learned to stay away from heavy sauces, creams, gravies, sugary sweets and the essential “meat & potato” diet that can have real, chemically altering affects on the brain. After I slowly switched to a higher vegetable diet and the occasional fish/shrimp, I felt a real difference on my body’s performance during workouts but also how I felt throughout the day. I had more energy and felt clearer minded and more focused. I stopped drinking sodas and stay away from high saturated fatty foods. Once in a while I might have a night I indulge but it’s not longer my way of life and hasn’t been for years now. If you want a killer ab exercise to add to your workout, cycled knee tuck pushups are legit After WU, KB work was DBKB’s with 2 push presses, 2 squats, 3 swings, 3 cleans. 5 sets total on the minute. Today was one of those days when I had to rely on myself. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed or my bottled emotions finally got to me and had a rough start to the day, and then I was at school for 8 hours 🙃. At some point during the day I said to myself- you’re the ONLY one who can knock yourself out of this funk, and that’s something I’ve learned in this self care journey. I want to have full heart & clear mind when it’s together time. 2. My family (yep, two reasons) - theres dominant cancer inheritance. My oma developed uterine & ovarian cancer at a very age. I wasn’t even one when she passed f**k cancer! 3. FREEDOM - I want to travel, explore, learn & do handstands wherever & whenever I want. I don’t really have a lot of sympathy for people who complain that they lack motivation, and so don’t do things because of it. “Ugh, I want to, but I just can’t get motivated” Y’all, that’s a load o’ bullshit. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Motivation doesn’t matter. Motivation is based on feelings, which everyone knows change all the time. Train yourself to have the self discipline to do what needs to be done. 👊🏼 That is SO much more important. Of course, motivation can help sometimes, and so can inspiration, but neither of those will get you where you want to go. That part is up to you. 🤟🏻
