Just popped up on my Facebook a year ago memory. I think this was my first attempt at stones due to bare arms, took two weeks for the skin on my arms to heal 😂. 150 stone no tackie first attempt. It’s amazing the journey I’ve had already in just one year. Hopefully many more to come.

Being on vacation is not an excuse to not get in a workout.💪🏼 . One way to make working out more desirable is by going to a different gym than what you’re used to/wish you could go to. I have a fitnessconnection and a 24hourfitness membership but LOVE gyms like officialalphaletegym, for example. Going to new gyms you’ve read about or seen on your IG inspo’s page add a different type of energy/motivation to your workout creating a level of excitement that helps fuel your workout cityathleticclub was not only a dope ass environment but the staff were amazing! Tanya has been a member since she walked into the gym on 9th January 2017 weighing 142 kg. Tanya joined her first 8 week gym challenge that very Month & was weighed in at 126.4 kg, since then Tanya has joined & completed every single gym challenge totalling 5 challenges all up so far. Each challenge Tanya has lost an average of 10-15kgs, while also building muscle in the last 12-18 months. Tanya has lost a whopping 55 kgs & gone from a size 24-26 down to a size 12 since she first walked into our gym in 2017. Also not to mention 100’s of cm and drastically reduced her body fat during this time. For Tanya, entering the gym on that 9th day of January 2017, has drastically changed her life! The gym has given Tanya physical & mental strength, fitness, confidence, a new zest for life & she has made many new friends through the gym.
