Noticing a trend this week post St. Patrick’s Day?? It’s accidental even though green is my favorite color. This beautiful blend of green is my new favorite topping for roasted cauliflower. I have been pretty unwell this past week! In and out of the hospital, yesterday was the first day when I felt as though things were finally starting to get better! Alhamdulillah. I have a toddler at home who is my ENTIRE life ( paired with her daddy of course) I missed spending time with her with a aching heart. The absolute 2nd things I missed doing was - COOKING So this is going to happen very soon I am thinking - Deshi golda chingree in thick and sweet and savoury onion gravy! Yum with some plain polau but go head and eat it with white rice. The key is cleaning these beauties to be honest. You leave one dollop if unwanted nerve and it could become quite bitter. I fried these light before cooking a. for them to hold their shapes and b.
