Raw Mango 🥭 Chutney 2 Raw mangoes 🥭 peeled & cut. Sugar or Jaggery 1/2 cup 5 Whole cloves 2 inches Whole Cinnamon stick 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp Dry ginger Salt 1/2 cup water 💦 Boil all the above ingredients together in a container on a medium stove for 20 minuets. Cool and then coarsely grind all into Chutney. Store it in a refrigerator and use it with in a week on a toast or as a dip. Potatoes and peas curry with South Indian flavours. tangy and spicy 3 medium sliced onion 2 big sliced potatoes 2 cup peas 3-4 medium chopped tomatoes Handful of grated coconut 1/2 tsp each of hing, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds 5-6 curry leaves 1 tsp cumin seeds 2-3 sliced green chilli 3-4 whole dry red chilli Salt and red chilli powder to taste Sambhar masala and mango powder to taste In a pan add oil and fry potatoes and onion. Also add hing, curry leaves, mustard and fenugreek seeds. Once potatoes are soft add peas and tomatoes and both green and red chilli. Mix well add all other spices and sambhar masala. mix well and add grated coconut. 📍Île Saint-Louis, Paris Caramel au beurre salé & 60 Ans🍦 berthillon_officiel A friend of mine who used to live in Paris, but recently moved to the US said this was her favorite ice cream shop in ALL of Paris so I obviously had to stop by! It was perfect for the warmer weather today and I thoroughly enjoyed both flavors. The “60 ans” is one of their most famous flavors and was definitely unique: sweet, but also tangy and refreshing - sort of like a dairy and sorbet in one! The salted caramel and butter was also creamy, delicious, and a classic French flavor anyone would like. I highly recommend checking out their original shop here, or at any of the restaurants they provide ice cream to!
