Those of you whose in Tokyo thinking want to eat delicious sushi, I’d strongly recommend sushi restaurant in Nakameguro, “Iroha-zushi.” At first, small appetizer thats came with my first drink. (4th pic)
It changes on the season.
There are many other food beside the sushi, which I ordered oysters(2nd), sea-grapes(3rd), and pike conger tempura(forgot to take a pic). When you want to eat sushi, It’s not a go-around, you have to order at your table. (I think there is English menus)
I ordered tuna, yellow tale, yellow jack, sardine, conger eel, amberjack, sea bass, and giant clam.
Sushi uses rice, which is full of carbs, however, fish oil contains EPA and EPA which they help to lose the weight. (Also good for blood-vanes and skin conditions) It’s good for diet.(but don’t eat too much, cuz of the carbs)
Ah This is why I love to live in Japan The restaurant is always crowded with Japanese, however if you are staying or planing to visit to Tokyo, try this sushi restaurant :) sushi japanesefood nakameguro irohasushi nodiet dinner tokyo ilovesushi japantravel japaneserestaurant tasty dietfood healthyfood healthy diet traveldiet traveljapan weightlose
