Now before anyone says - no you do not have to do this exercise with a bottle on your back , the reason I’ve used the bottle in this case is to show what your back should look like when performing a bent over row/ pendlay row. It’s really important to keep it nice and flat and to keep the spine neutral and out of any risk of injury. Also there should be no use of momentum so it keeps every single rep true. SOUND ON 👂🏼 after previously smashing her first two unassisted pull ups towards the end of last year , abs took a bit of time off over the Christmas break. When we came back and looked at doing unassisted pull ups again we had unfortunately regressed. We set a target from that day to complete 8 unassisted pull ups by the end of the year Fast forwards to the current week and the video speaks for itself ! Proud is an understatement!
