PR stacco regular . Kg non eccessivamente alti rispetto all'alto livello, ma che mi danno la conferma che il lavoro che sto facendo mi da sensazioni sempre migliori . Ho ripreso ad allenare il regular per tre motovi principali: potenziare core, muscoli della colonna e pazienza in basso (nel regular mi viene meglio) . Da inizio anno ci avrò fatto si e no 10/12 allenamenti, per non perdere freschezza sugli altri gesti . Nel 2017 lo allenavo regolarmente e feci 210x2 (bw85kg) abbastanza agevolmente con bumpers e bilanciere flessibile (cambia tanto). Da lì quasi mai più toccato . Oggi escono 212.5kg x2 al peso di 82kg, non un granché ma si va avanti. Same gym, same person but a whole lot of difference. To say this past year has aged the fuck out of me is an understatement. You can legitimately see the difference in the pictures, but with that age comes a lot of maturity. The picture on the left was about a week or two prior to me spiraling out of control in a world of depression, suicidal thoughts and a whole lot of BSbut with adversity comes a whole lot of resilience. I've sacrificed alot to be successful in my bodybuilding progression. Whether it be waking up at 3am to get to the gym before work, cooking endless amounts of food, or simply telling people no when they want to go out. Zweiter Versuch ✌🏼 Irgendwie bin ich noch nicht so weit. 3x1600m ist echt anstrengend 🙈 An der erforderlichen 3:58er Pace bin ich bei 2/3 „weit“ drüber Zu meiner Verteidigung gab es ein bisschen Gegenwind auf einem Drittel der Strecke. 🤔 . Ich bin selbst gespannt wie sich Intervall Training auf meine Leistung auswirkt. Ich bin eher der langsam, lange Ausdauertyp und hab noch nie wirklich auf Schnelligkeit trainiert Meine Bestzeit beim HM liegt knapp unter 1:35 und da hatte ich meine süße Tochter noch nicht 😍 Vielleicht ist das Ziel etwas zu hoch gegriffen. Aber noch bleibt genug Zeit bis September. As vezes vem o pensamento de querer desistir e não continuar e isso é todos os dias todas as horas quando estamos enfrentando alguma dificuldade ou nos confrontando, mas se paramos do que vai adiantar? Devamos lembrar que nosso maior inimigo é nossos pensamentos negativos nos dizendo que não vamos conseguir diante de um pequeno erro que cometemos diante de grandes resultados que conquistamos, a única coisa que posso lhe dizer é que devemos levantar em meus aos fracasso e continuar isso mesmo se levante e continue recomece do zero, não precisa compensar no outro dias, apenas continue com o planejamento e não desanime, pois eu já errei e já me peguei errando na dieta, no treino, porém eu continuei e não desistir, e os resultados estão vindo basta ter paciência e tudo vai se resolver com o tempo, apenas se dedique mesmo que você entre, isso serve pra todas as áreas da sua vida, levante se e siga em frente. Oft kommt die Frage auf, wieso sehe ich keine Ergebnisse?? Diese Frage kann eigentlich jeder für sich selbst beantworten. Man muss sich einfach selber fragen: trainiere ich hart genug? Stimmt meine Ernährung? Trainiere ich oft genug? Stimmt mein Trainigsplan? Eins sollte für jeden klar sein, wenn ich keine Ergebnisse sehe und trotzdem immer wieder dasselbe mache, dann wird es nicht besser Ihr müsst etwas verändern, vllt etwas machen was Ihr zuvor nie gemacht hat. Das kann eine komplett neue Übung sein, eine andere Ausführung, eine andere Reihenfolge usw.
