Denle ❤️ y guárdenla 🖇 porque está REBUENA 💥⁣ Es buenísima preworkout y hasta de postre para grandes y niños. ⁣ INGREDIENTES⁣ 💜 Una taza de higos deshidratados sinazucar y si viven en USA o van para allá, aprovechen y busquen unos sulfitefree ⁣ 💜 1/2 taza de pistaches crudos sin cáscara ni sal⁣ 💜 1/2 taza de nuez de la India cruda sin sal⁣ 💜 4-6 cucharadas de semillas de hemp (amo las de okkosuperfoods)⁣ 💜 Una pizca de sal de mar ⁣ 💜 Opcional: puedes agregar polvo de proteína a la mezcla, y para cubrirlas al final usa coco rallado o más pistache molido, o usa chocolate derretido antes de empanizar (yo usé el drcacaochocolates de 80% sin azúcar)⁣ ⁣ MODO DE PREPARACIÓN: ⁣ ☝🏼 Este paso es opcional pero recomendable: remojen las nueces toda la noche y escurran bien antes de utilizar. Uffff no saben lo que fue mi almuerzo hoy Una BOMBA 🤤 Pastel de calabaza 🎃👩🏽‍🍳 Apto vegetariano y vegano 🕺🏻. Para prepararlo vas a necesitar : •una calabaza grande • 1 cebolla y medio morron picado • 1 taza y media de caldo (agua hirviendo + caldo apto vegano) • 1 taza de soja texturizada Procedimiento : cortas la calabaza en dos mitades y las ponemos boca abajo en una asadera y llevamos a horno fuerte hasta que estén cocidas y puedas sacar todo el “puré” que queda dentro. Mientras vas a rehogar la cebolla y el morron. En un bolw vas a poner el caldo hirviendo y vas a incorporar la soja texturizada. Una vez que esta bien hidratada le incorporas la cebolla y el morron, y vas a condimentar a gusto (use sal, nuez moscada, condimento para pizza, orégano y un poco de pimentón). Al puré de calabaza lo condimenté con sal y un chorrito de aceite de oliva. You’ll see & hear people refer to the plant-based diet as vegan a lot. It’s killing mespecially at festivals, people would come and ask me and I’d have to explain that it is plant based and that they aren’t the same. A plant-based diet is similar to vegan in that they both avoid animal products, but a plant-based diet takes it a step further and excludes all processed foods and fast foods-even the ones that are technically considered vegan.
