📖 Pour parler franchement, j'aime beaucoup les nouvelles technologies, mais je me rends compte que j'ai de plus en plus de mal à me poser pour lire. D'ailleurs, c'est pour ça que j'adore le concept proposé par Eloïse du slow_reading_club_liege, même si je n'ai pas l'occasion d'y aller très régulièrement. Breakfast “Un-Fried” Rice (200 cal, no oil, vegan) delishhhhh! {RECIPE below!} I’m getting back on the meal prep train, and getting more focused on eating healthy meals. Meal prepping takes so much pressure off of you throughout the week because you now have readily available food, which are as accessible as fast food or chips! Making it easier to make better choices throughout the week. It’s not about eating right all of the time but more of the time This week I wanted to focus on rice! Why? Because it was filling (literally full still from breakfast), easy, and so versatile. Not to mention very low in fat! I’ll make enough plain rice for about 2-3 days at time, and pre-portion into smaller containers for me to use throughout the week I don’t add any oil, butter, or fats to the rice, and only use a pinch of salt to season Recipe -1 tbsp of water + 1 tbsp soy sauce light into a frying pan - Add a large handful of shredded lettuce, carrots, radishes, cucumbers, and scallions. Cook for 1 min - add portion of rice on top of the cooking lettuce and let warm for another minute, stirring occasionally. - Add another dash of soy, Korean chili sauce, and deglaze with a splash of Mirin (Rice cooking wine) - garnish with more reddish slices, sliced Serrano peps (if you live that spicy life), more shredded carrots, lime juice, Enoki mushrooms*, and dill! *I just happened to have enoki left in the fridge, i realize it is very uncommon. Been a while since I’ve made a vegan recipe video so about time to give it another try🌱 This soup is one of my easiest recipes yet so hope you like it😊 Recipe below👇 MOROCCAN SPICED CAULIFLOWER & ALMOND SOUP | serves 2 INGREDIENTS: 1 cauliflower 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 red onion, chopped 1 tsp cumin, ground 1 tsp coriander, ground 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp harissa paste 50g (2oz) almonds 8dl (3cup) veggie stock Topping: 1 tbsp harissa paste 2 tbsp almonds, chopped 2 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional) METHOD: 1️⃣ Cut the cauliflower into florets. Remember to also use the stalk. 2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pot on medium heat. Toss in onion and ground spices and stir for 3-4 mins. Add the the cauliflower, almonds and stock. Put on lid and let it simmer for 25 minutes. 3️⃣ Purée with an immersion blender and place into two serving bowls. Drizzle harissa, parsley and almonds on top. KRISSLOVESFOOD TIPS: 👨‍🍳 It’s not vegan but you can substitute veggie with chicken stock🍗 👨‍🍳 The perfect recipe if you have a rather sorry looking cauliflower in the back of the fridge👌

Es muy fácil, sana, rica, original, y apta para todes 🌟INGREDIENTES🌟 🍭 1/2 horma de tofu duro ( yo compro organico marca SOYANA) 🍭1/3 taza de azúcar integral 🍭 1/3 taza de harina de trigo sarraceno 🍭 1 taza de leche vegetal (receta abajo) 🍭1 cdita de extracto de vainilla 🍭1 cdita de polvo para hornear 🍭 1 cda de Canela en polvo 🍭 1 pizca de sal 🍭1 cda de aceite (yo use de coco neutro, fundido) 🍭 1/2 taza de fruta a eleccion (suele hacerse con cerezas, yo use arándanos) . 🌟PROCEDIMIENTO🌟 . ⚡️ Procesar todo menos la fruta, tiene que quedar una mezcla líquida espesa. (Para la leche yo use de castañas de cajú, pero lo necesario es licuar 1/3 de taza de algún fruto seco o de coco rallado,con 1 taza de agua y 1 cdita de extracto de vainilla, y después colarla) ⚡️ Mezclar la fruta y verter a un molde. Espolvorear azúcar encima, y llevar al horno a temperatura de 190 grados, por 40 mins. Доброго летнего денечка, дорогие друзья! Летом так не хочется стоять у плиты, что- то длительно готовить, поэтому рецептики выбираем простые, легкие, быстрые, холодные. Приготовить на несколько дней самое простое печенье- это подходящий вариант. Я выбрала без масла, а со сметаной, сладкое и хрустящее. Нам потребуется: 300 гр сметаны 1 яйцо+1 желток 1,5 ч.л.соды 150 гр сахара Щепотку соли 4 ст.муки ( по 200 гр) Все ингредиенты перемешать, муку добавлять постепенно, чтобы избежать появления комочков. Замесить легко тесто. Оно не будет липнуть ни к рукам, ни к столу, просто замечательный пластилин. Раскатать тесто на столе, не тонко (0,5-0,7 мм). Стаканом вырезать кружочки, одну сторону обмакнуть в сахаре и выложить на застеленный противень. Ставим в разогретую духовку на 200°С на 15 минут до золотистой корочки. Если любите поджаристее, то на 20 минут. Все, печеньки готовы.
