Life can throw you a curve ball2 days out from Regionals to try and qualify for Nationals and this happens. Running routines and broke my finger on parallel bars. It was pretty nasty Just like that and my season is over Thanks for everyone’s support all season. Praying for a quick recovery and then back to the gym training for my last season next year. He has put in the work and made tremendous gains to display in his Pro Day tomorrow! Good luck Kam! 🤙 Paige has been here for a little over a year. She first started in our team training classes to build foundational strength, and has now advanced to an individual program to improve her weaknesses. The superficial back line is something we have turned to more and more when in season athletes come in with general back pain. This large continuous piece of fascia travels along the backside of the body from the bottoms of the feet to the top of the skull. Due to the volume most athletes face as season approaches, this connective tissue can become stiff and pull the body into compromised positions. One great way we have kept our athletes healthy as they begin their sports season is a quick release of this fascia line. Try it The theragun has been a great tool here, but a lacrosse ball or foam roller can be effective as well. ***Props to Tyler for coming in to get some help with his body as practice times and homework come to a peak this time of year. wintheday victorystrong
