Eines der grundlegenden Konzepte unserer Coaches zur Verbesserung von Bewegung ist daher das "Conscious-Competence Model". Dieses Model besteht aus folgenden vier Stufen: - Unconscious Incompetent (Unbewusst Inkompetent) - Conscious Incompetent (Bewusst Inkompetent) - Conscious Compentence (Bewusste Kompetenz) - Unconscious Competence (Unbewusste Kompetenz) Ein Beispiel aus dem Schmiede-Alltag: Manni macht Kniebeugen und merkt gar nicht wie unter Last sein Knie ständig nach innen knickt (Stufe 1). Der aufmerksame Schmiede-Coach sieht dies und macht Manni auf den Fehler in der Bewegung aufmerksam. Nun weiß er, dass sein Knie nach innen knickt und dies auf Dauer zu Problemen führen wird (Stufe 2). Ab sofort achtet Manni penibel bei jeder Wiederholung darauf, dass seine Knie außen bleiben und schafft es bewusst den Fehler zu vermeiden (Stufe 3). Nach ein paar Wochen lobt Trainingsbuddy Jupp den Manni für seine Ausführung und Manni merkt, dass die perfekte Ausführung in Fleisch und Blut übergegangen ist und er gar nicht mehr an seine Knie denken muss (Stufe 4). APF Nationals - 1901 Total at 265lbs Squats: 755, 804, 832 ✔️ Bench: 391, 418 ✔️ 440 ✖️ Deadlift: 600, 650 ✔️ 672 ✖️ ••••• All in all was a great day on the platform. The fun part of meets for me is analyzing where to improve, and how to get better for next time! Used the 12 weeks in between these last two meets to dial in the squat/fix the issues from March, and build a better raw bench. The 418 was a nice pr, but I was strong enough and ready for 440 on Saturday. I bobbled the hand off and wasted precious time/energy trying to settle in, came off the chest how I needed it to, but ran out of juice to finish it. Used the second deadlift attempt to secure the total, and that was about it. Still loaded up a 6lb pr attempt for the third, but hips weren’t having that. Managing fatigue and general conditioning may be a weak point after meets like this where I hit all three squats, something to look at going forward. ••••• Next step: Can’t wait to get back in the gear and work on putting up a real equipped total. The foundation has been set, going to focus on the deadlift, and pick up the squat/bench right where I left off. ••••• Big thanks to ezra_salmon for putting on a great weekend - brought out some of the biggest totals that Michigan has seen in the 5 years I’ve been powerlifting. Unilaterales Training ist König! 👑 Was zum Teufel ist unilaterales Training?! Das ist vermeintlich simpel - unilateral steht für einseitig. Also Übungen in denen unsere Gliedmaßen ohne ihren Partner arbeiten. Zum Beispiel Ausfallschritte, einarmiges ziehen & drücken oder auch Bulgarian Split Squats wie bei dasevchen auf dem Foto zu sehen ist. Aber warum ist unilaterales Training adlig zu sprechen? Hier sind vier positive Gründe warum ihr mehr einseitig trainieren solltet: 1) Mehr Rumpfaktivität stabilität Aufgrund der einseitigen Belastung muss unsere Rumpfmuskulatur dauerhaft arbeiten um das Gleichgewicht zu halten und Krafteinwirkungen auszugleichen. Dies führt später auch in bilateralen Übungen zu mehr Kontrolle und Power. 2) Verletzungsprävention Unilaterales Training schult die Gelenksstabilisierende Muskulatur. Durch zum Beispiel Split Squats trainieren wir sehr stark die Kontrolle über die Beinachse zu halten. Dies hat einen starken Übertrag in den Alltag und Sportarten und sorgt für weniger muskuläre- oder Gelenksverletzungen ohne Fremdeinwirkung. 3) Ungleichheiten korrigieren Wir sind von Natur aus nicht symetrisch. Ziel muss es jedoch sein, die Körperhälften möglichst nah anzugleichen. Stolperst du nach rechts zu deinem (vielleicht) starken Bein, hast du kein Problem dich abzufangen. Bist du links aber sehr schwach und unsicher, könnte ein stolpern nach links schnell mal eine Verletzung bedeuten. Unilaterales Traning zeigt dir schnell deine schwache Seite auf und hilft dir diese zu beheben. 4) Gelenksfreundlich Beim unilateralen Training machen wir häufig nicht nur 50% weniger Gewicht im Vergleich zum bilateralen Training, sodern eher sogar 60%. Dabei bleibt die muskuläre Anstrengung gleich bei weniger Gesamtlast auf Gelenken, Sehnen und anderen passiven Strukturen. Dies sorgt für gleiche oder höhere Intenstät bei Stress für Gelenke & Co Diese Vorteile sind mit Gründe, warum ihr unserem Maschinenpark die unilateralen Maschinen von hammerstrengthofficial findet! Late night session last night. These are the heaviest triples I’ve done. 1x2 & 3x3 132.5kgs. The first set I didn’t have enough leg drive and only managed 2 reps. I reset and cleaned it up for sets 2, 3 and 4 though. I’m really happy with how these moved. I followed this up with some cable flys and AMRAP push ups (superset). 4 weeks out from my first comp.
