As you already know it If you own a gym, fitness center, or indoor sport facility let's assume you do some workouts there So when you're working out, training others, engaged in a sport or any physical activity, your body temperature is much higher than the normal. You're sweating, your breathing rate is faster, and you're exhaling more carbon di oxide. These add to the heat, moisture and humidity, odor, and smoke or other toxic gases alreday existent in the indoor atmosphere of your gym or indoor sports facility - no matter how effective the air conditioing is. Now imagine a lot of people doing some kind of physical activities in your confined space. Urrrgh When you're working out you need more air - rather we say, more fresh air that contains more oxygen (and not humid, toxic, and smelly air) - into your lungs. This is why Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is sooo crucial when you go the extra mile to better what you did yesterday. Small fans are not effective for large gyms or indoor sports facilities. Almost 4 months into the new year and already my goals are changing. I started this year with a main goal (and some sub goals) to focus on but life loves to throw curve balls. Currently my main focus has shifted to something that is much more important to me. My original goals are also important to me so I will continue to work on them in between my new adventure. Like me, it’s okay if your goals change or you have to sideline them for a bit to focus on something more important to you. Don’t let it eat at you or let you lose complete focus. I can’t control what’s happening so I readjusted my life and goals to accommodate this curve ball.

Yesterday was not my day😕 . Yesterday my anxiety was at an all time high. The high where your mind is moving at the speed of a 🐢 and your body is moving 100 mph The high where your not sure if your cranky or sick or took to much pre workout The high that makes you feel like your crashing and hitting rock bottom But why! Why was I dealing with so much anxiety!? I’ve on boarded a handful of new clients, had call after call with new prospects, had the most amazing one on one and small group sessionswhy was I feeling like a failure? 🤷🏻‍♀️ . I couldn’t tell youI reached out to shamelessbossbabe to blame her 😉 because we had just gotten done talking about anxiety and she had mentioned: 1. Hers jumps when she is about to PMS 2. She uses the gym as her outlet . Well, I took her advice and forced myself to get to the gym. I put my headphones in and just moved, no rhyme or reason, no specific body part, just worked. I moved, I breathed, I let go of whatever I was holding onto and just tried to be in the moment Maybe I’m not at 100% today, but at least I’m moving in sync 😉 Today stress and anxiety doesn’t match my happiness or my good vibes so I’m not going to let it win. I will cope and deal as small waves may or may not come through, but today, it doesn’t match my outfit ❤️ bossbabes

my flexfriday goes out to craiggervaisfit 7 weeks out of ukbff_scc and giving it his all. Like he does in every prep. Some people might not like what we do. Some people might not understand it. That’s ok. We are all different. What you need to know is the amount of dedication and will power it takes to stand on stage is beyond what most people can comprehend. If the only thing you can say on someone progress pic is a sarcastic comment about what they are wearing, or something stupid then you need to take a look at yourself and think why you have to make such a stupid comment. You have no idea how much that can effect a person deep in prep. It messes with your head. It makes you feel shit. Makes you doubt yourself. Prep is about working dam hard twice a day in the gym. Not being able to sleep because you are so hungry but can’t eat anything. Being hungry and tired but still rocking up to your day job and getting the gym sessions done. It’s hard. It’s not for everyone that’s what makes it special. If you don’t like it or understand it then look away. Nothing we do is forced on you. We don’t preach. We just do what we do. So next time you are thinking of writing a shitty comment on anyone’s pic. Be it a body pic. Fashion pic. Food pic. Think about what effect that might have on that person. And would you say it to their face? Be kind and if you can’t be kind say nothing. I’m at incredibly proud of Craig and support him every step of the way. This is the first year that we are not competing together. I’ve done it 3 times and I just don’t know if I could do it again. That’s how hard it is. So I’m doing all I can to help and support Craig. So show your support and keep stupid comments to yourself That is all. 120 x 3 65kg. Felt These 3 reps were deeper than the previous 120 x 5 I did squatting in oranmore just over 2 weeks ago and squats with no depth are pointless and dont really count especially in the sport of powerlifting. Ass to grass is a big factor when squatting and I’m only starting to realise how much you need to get depth on squats in order to grow & get stronger 🙌🏼 bicep tendinitis was back so that did not help but I’m getting stronger on low bar!
