I love spending my days off being active and making the most of the day! Started the morning with water aerobics in my complexs pool. It's $10 a session and they pump the dance music up. It's the funnest workout because you can't hate your life when you're splashing about in the cool water on a hot day like a majestic drowning moth 😂. Then I went for a run around the block with my doggo 🐕. Now time to get ready for a nice lunch by the ocean! Lately I’ve been having some knee pain which has made my usual heavy lifting and cardio difficult so I spontaneously tried a water aerobics class which was just as hard as my usual workouts, but less abrasive on my joints. It was fun and different and I definitely would recommend especially if you’re looking for some relief on your body. 🏊‍♀️ - - - - Some benefits of water aerobics are: it builds endurance, it’s a mixture of strength and cardio workouts, it reduces joint pressure, increases flexibility, increases circulation, and speeds up the healing process of muscles and joints. First day back to the gym since BEFORE foot surgery 3 months ago. Did about 30 laps of just movement in the pool, nothing fancy, but it felt good to move again without all the strain on every muscle & ligament. Especially while I’m still favoring my right side 😌 BABY STEPS! I do feel it today, though. In my foot & still in my back. Because I’ve been favoring my right side for nearly 20 years from a knee injury & from foot pain, I end up with terrible LEFT back pain, & almost crumple to that side when it spasms. I’m hoping the low-impact & the less weight felt under water will help me get to where I need to be - moving again, losing weight, building stamina, increasing my strength, etc. So thankful to have my best friend “swimming” by my side. What a solid Tuesday! 5:15am BodyPump with Becky Blatnicky Rohr! Concentrated on participating; form, ROM, weights, not instructing. 8:30am AquaDynamics with 38 members. Of course I got in. We ran an aerobic set for 40 minutes, worked lower posterior chain, and just a little HIIT. Had 2 new participants try my class today, referred from current members! 6pm Blue Tides Masters with 9 swimmers tonight. Pushed a pace set. Достаточно ли вы пьете воды? Скорее всего нет. Поддержание жидкости в организме связано с рядом метаболических реакций. Чем активнее метаболизм, тем больше воды утилизируется. Чем калорийней пища которую мы едим, тем больше воды нужно на её переработку. Чаще всего возникает нехватка воды, которая могла бы выводить шлаки из организма, это ведёт к их накапливанию. Таким образом "засоряя" нас. Мы чувствуем это как отложение жиров, ухудшение состояния кожи, волос и ногтей. Накопление продуктов распада провоцирует развитие различных заболеваний. Обезвоживание происходит, когда организм теряет больше жидкости, чем получает. Когда организм долго ощущает нехватку воды, развивается хроническое обезвоживание, что приводит в нашу жизнь усталость, стресс и прежде временное старение. Жажда - поздний признак обезвоживания. Самое время подумать об увеличение потребления чистой питьевой воды (чай, кофе, соки и тд. не подойдут). Главное правило! Суточная норма потребления воды для взрослого человека 30-40г на 1 кг веса. Старайтесь распределить свою норму на весь день, прислушиваясь к своему организму. Подружитесь с водой. А для того, чтобы не забывать её пить носите с собой небольшую бутылочку, ставьте её на видное место. И вскоре это войдёт в привычку. Всем воды😉 и хорошего настроения 😘. Totally stepped out of my comfort zone and went to a water aerobics class today. I have really bad arthritis in my right knee and when I do high impact exercises, I’m in a lot of pain.
