All about the savoury breakfasts this weekend 🙊👌🏻 I definitely go through phases! 😂 . I do wish you could see more of the ingredients that go into them though! 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄 I may need to do a step by step just for my own benefit! 🙈 . I'm not sure what to call this I'm thinking a potato, asparagus and bacon frittata type thing! 🌿🤷🏻‍♀️ Really catchy, I know! 😉 . To make: ~ Slice potatoes a couple of mm thick and boil for a couple of minutes so they are soft but not falling apart ~ Meanwhile, fry finely chopped onion with lean bacon and chopped asparagus and set aside ~ Layer the potatoes on the bottom of a frying pan and heat until brown on both sides, turning occasionally ~ Add the bacon mixture and warm through ~ Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk three eggs (I only ended up using half of the mixture though so you could use two, it just depends on the size of your pan), half a cup of milk (I measured the milk and used part of HEA allowance) salt, pepper, smoked paprika and freshly grated nutmeg ~ Pour the egg mixture into the pan, heat on the hob until it is starting to set then finish off under the grill ~ Top with parsley and serve 🙌🏻 slimmingworld slimmingworlduk sw swuk swinsta swinstagram swblogger blogger swblog swmafia foodblog foodblogger slimmingblog slimming slimmingfriends slimmingworldfriends slimmingworldfollowers slimmingworldfamily slimmingworldjourney weightloss weightlossjourney weightlossgoals healthymealideas instaeats recipes breakfast breakfastideas sundayfunday

Sunday morning starting with netflix and coffee in bed 👌 I ate crap on Friday and then yesterday hardly at anything then at night drank Gin and ate crisps so today my stomach is so sore 🤦🏻‍♀️ I cut out Gluten in my diet mainly because I found when I ate it I would get a rash on my back and my skin was rubbish. I also cut this out the products I use on my skin and wash my hair! After trying many different products, creams and having antibiotics prescribed nothing worked, then I cut out Gluten and it improved. But two days of eating it and today I feel rubbish and guess what my back has flared up again (not massively but slightly) 😢 so back to it today - no more this has just proven how it makes me feel 🤦🏻‍♀️ Todays plantake some time for myself to plan my week, workout, housework and then tonight I will feel loads better 😊😊😊 🏷 Tags: sunday nomoregluten doingsundaymyway skinproblems kdmfit

D A Y 1 1 8 • I started Couch to 5k 9 weeks a go and I’ve only just found the confidence to move up to week 4. When I first started it took literally everything I had to keep my body moving for those 60 second runs and I realised I wasn’t going to be able to stick to the programs recommendation of 9 weeks from start to finish. Instead I’m making it work for me and redoing the weeks over and over again until I can feel them becoming easier and felt ready to take on the next challenge. I did two week 4 runs back to back yesterday and felt on top of the world afterwards. It’s so important to tune into your body, know what level you’re at and make the exercise work for you. I’m excited to finish this program - but I’m in no rush. I’ll do it at my own pace 👣

When you decide you want to loss weight my advice is to not focus on the amount you need to lose or how long it is going to take. Instead just focus on 1lb a week and aim for that 7lb cert in the first instance. 1lb a week is achievable and once you get that first cert you feel proud. You are now building momentum and feeling motivated. You feel powerful and on control of your food and your body. This then spurs you on to get the next cert which is 1st cert. Again chip away at it lb by lb and before you know it you will be holding that cert. Don't let a few less than perfect choices ruin what you are doing. Even a gain from a night out or a weekend/week away isn't going to stop what you want to achieve long term. This is just a minor setback. Remember we are playing the long game here.
