😃I picked these up off amazon earlier this week and I’m SO EXCITED. This is going to be how I track my binge free days! One link for each day I am binge free. I think it will be so helpful to keep this chain in my purse as a tangible reminder of my goals for when I am about to binge. ▪️▪️▪️ The last week has been a little strange. Normally after a binge I feel satisfied for a decent amount of time, but since I interrupted/stopped my last binge I have really been wanting to complete it still. The binge happened Monday and I still feel like this! At the same time, all week I have been less strict. I had a coffee from Caribou (previously an absolute no go because I wasn’t the one measuring the ingredients), I let myself have rice cakes with my night shake, and I let myself have a piece of candy given to me by a coworker today. All such small things, but I can absolutely feel the difference it is making mentally. I was on the phone with my parents yesterday and they were asking me how to use the carbmanagerapp. Mind. Blown. 🤯 I’m talking about the parents who drink sodas every day and eat out 3-4 nights a week. They’ve decided they’re going to give “low carb” a try and I am so proud of them. I got tickled at my dad as he was inputting his meals for the day. He was mad and unbelieving of the carbs that were found in things, but then he would look at something “friendly” and be smooth about it. I would like to think that by journey has inspired them. Whether that’s the case or not, it really doesn’t matter. Them focusing on their health is the main point! I really do hope I’m able to encourage people to make goals and fight to reach them, though. What a long week that finished with Reece’s Peanut Butter ice cream You know when you just don’t have tour shit together. Well we are renovating and I do have a needle and thread somewhere and I could find it but I’m lazy sometimes. I wanted to wear my ‘bush pants’ to work but the button came off and the pants stick out so I used a clip to keep it together for the day I feel like this action really aims me up The office was empty today so I smashed through things, but there is never enough bloody time in the day. Hubby went to work for some overtime at night so I made a quick video for YouTube about Reece’s Peanut Butter Icecream spoiler ITS AMAZING SLEEP: 11.30pm-7.00am EXERCISE: no, just dishes Haha such a workout! FOOD: lazy Noodles for breakfast. Lunch was Youfoodz beef & max cheese AND Our little country grocery store had Onigiri Japanese rice ball. Which is super exciting they were super average but still excited that taste buds are expanding. Dinner was chicken in a creamy sauce, salad mix, paleo sweet potato salad (I just like sweet potato), corn & avocado. Dessert was Reece’s Peanut Butter icecream! My journey is not only about losing weight One of my top 3 goals for 2019 is to be able to walk 10,000 steps in a day without pain The main reason for this is my trip to Europe in September. It has always been my dream to visit Europe. I don’t want my dream trip to be ruined by physical pain In 2016 I herniated a disc in my lower back, which crushed my sciatic nerve. This meant for approximately 1 year I could not walk properly or feel my left leg all the way to my toes Two and a half years on I have worked to build muscle strength. But I haven’t been in the Gym in 6months, after a relapse in my injury, which played games with my mind. FEAR took over The weight-loss will ultimately help me on this goal Spring has come! I made a "dream" board about my goals and what I want to look like, only I used myself as inspiration. When I was 23 years old, I lost 50lbs in eight months and I had never felt better about how I looked and felt. The photos on here are all from that time. Even in unposed or surprised photos, I looked great. I was happy and glowing. This is my motivation The white boarder is actually a whit board.
