ich habe in den letzten tagen unglaublich viele unterschiedliche gefühle gespürt. zerbrechlich, hilflos, unsicher, beschämt, ängstlich, hoffnungsvoll, euphorisch, traurig, wütend, verwundert, überrascht, fasziniert, euphorisch, und dann nur noch glücklich, sprachlos und getragen und unendlich dankbar. ich denke ich bin auch noch nicht wirklich wieder in der realität angekommen, es wurde magie in mein leben gezaubert. ich habe aber auch etwas gemerkt in der zeit… ich habe mich in meinem leben schon sehr viel mit mir auseinandergesetzt und mit wurde auch irgendwann klar (das war mit meinem höchstgewicht von über 190kg und dem fertigen antrag zu einer magenbypassoperation), dass mein „system“ seine gefühle über essen reguliert (und als mir das klar wurde habe ich den antrag in den müll geworfen und wusste ich kann meinem system nicht etwas wegnehmen (das essen) ohne es zu ersetzen und wenn ich es ersetzen kann bräuchte ich keine operation…). However, it's the lessons learned along the way, those scars from the heartbreaks; they add character and make the happy moments so much sweeter. Believe 🌟 you can and your half way there. The harder 💪🏼 you work for something the greater you'll feel 😁 when you achieve it. How does fasted cardio work? By michaeluptonpt After devouring my usual poached eggs on toast with avocado, spinach and cherry tomatoes with a delicious coffee☕️before my training session. It made me wonder how the hell does someone do this fasted? Look, Cardio in my eyes is fucking cardio not a quick solution to burn fat. A lot of people out there will try and convince you to do fasted cardio because it is better or faster for losing fat 🤦‍♂️. The truth is fasted cardio does NOT burn more fat than just cardio after a meal. If you look at it from a short-term perspective they can be right. When you dig into the research it will again tell you total energy balance is key. Energy in and energy out. I.e How much food you are devouring compared to how much your expending. As long as you are in an energy deficit at the end of day it does NOT matter whether you do fasted cardio or not. This does NOT mean fasted cardio is the devil. If you enjoy it and fits your lifestyle to helps you create a deficit and sustain it for the long term then do it. At the end of the day if you create an energy deficit you will lose fat with consistency and actually enjoying the process. I was borderline Diabetic 19 months ago I also Reversed that as well. By completely changing my diet I HEALED MYCELLF NATURALLY, I'm no longer over weight. When you truly love your cellf, you only want the best for your cellf. Eating a healthy diet is apart of loving your cellf. I noticed how happy I was eating a plant based diet, how much energy I had. I felt the best I ever felt in my life. I didn't miss meat at all, I actually felt bad for eating meat my whole life. It's funny because my vegan journey actually started with my HAIR and SKIN CARE PRODUCTS. I had alot of heat damage from straightening my hair and I wanted my curly hair to come back in (2012). So I went natural no more heat in my hair. So YouTube became my best friend I was Youtubing natural hair care products. That was 6 years ago, it literally took me 4 years to become a vegan after changing all my hair products to organic and vegan then my skincare stuff soaps, lotions everything was organic. Then of course it was only natural I became a vegan because what you put into your body is what matters the most and by going vegan and using natural products my hair and skin would benefit even more.
