I don’t know if you know just how difficult and painful it is for me to wash and dry my own hair. To the point where I have it washed for me but let it naturally dry. Today I have washed and dried my own hair. Only took me 2.5 hours but once I got the knots out (it hasn’t been brushed in weeks either), it’s still in good condition. Feel a bit more like me now. Fibromyalgia is just the most debilitating chronic illness but every day is another step toward managing it. Seeing the surgeon on Thursday to get this tumour out of my skull. One step closer to feeling better! Hope you’re all doing well xx P.S. Hang clean + push jerk today for strength today. I managed to get 125 which is a 10 PR. Never lifted that much over my head, so I'm pretty excited about that. Today is day 2/56 of my calorie deficit. My foods already logged and ready to go for the day.
