Week 1 Completed!

My scale number ONLY went down .4 lbs this week?!?! Now what if I had tried as hard as I did this week, and got on the scale and said, "Ugh, I *only* lost .4lbs thats all Forget this, obviously I didn't work hard enough" 😡 and then I gave up. Or I ate bad for the rest of the day not caring anymore and then felt guilty and cared again tomorrow started all over again, (which drastically slows down your progress, I don't recommend doing that 🤪)
What I DO recommend is looking 👀 BEYOND the scale number, having a weekly plan towards your long term goals, evaluating them at the end of each week, and reassessing as you go. What did work this week and change up what didn’t.
