Week 1 Completed! ⁣ operationgetmuscles here I come.⁣ ⁣ Now, Ok, hold up! ✋🏼 ⁣ My scale number ONLY went down .4 lbs this week?!?! Now what if I had tried as hard as I did this week, and got on the scale and said, "Ugh, I *only* lost .4lbs thats all Forget this, obviously I didn't work hard enough" 😡 and then I gave up. Or I ate bad for the rest of the day not caring anymore and then felt guilty and cared again tomorrow started all over again, (which drastically slows down your progress, I don't recommend doing that 🤪)⁣ ⁣ What I DO recommend is looking 👀 BEYOND the scale number, having a weekly plan towards your long term goals, evaluating them at the end of each week, and reassessing as you go. FlashbackFriday I see the Dana from this past January on the left. So full of doubt on if this can really work for her. The Dana that was told because of her PCOS she would always be obese, never have of her own and struggle against her body her entire life. 😭 . Despite trying (and failing at) hundreds of diets in the past, she gave this lifestyle program a chance. The Dana on the right didn’t necessarily believe she could, but had faith it would happen. She’s not focused on where she can arrive at, but who she is becoming. ❤️ She's more fierce and fearless. She’s learning boundaries. She's learning discipline. This precious thing rite here is what keeps me trying to better myself. I want to be healthy and strong for him! This was us this morning😍 he had a big ol bottle of milk and I already had my 2 capsules, working on my lifestyle mix and put on my duo burn("patch" on my arm). I had a really good day on my diet! I was able to up my water intake and only had 1/2 a 20oz diet Pepsi! I was close to my heaviest weight of 196 and I honestly hadn't started to FEEL heavier yet - YET. Lookin gross after a run is the best, that's how I know I did it right lol I.love.my.fitbit! Money well spent. Obviously I worked out and ran before I got it but I feel so much more accomplished now that I can actually SEE what I've done!
