Picture on the left I was 268lbs, picture on the right was this month and I’m currently sitting at 218lbs. Good thing we went to costco today to do our weekly grocery shopping and picked these up! Got home this evening to make dinner to find the Tuna that we had thawed was no good somehow. Everything else was still frozen and these luckily could be thawed pretty quick and are extremely low in fat and high protein. Going to bake the cod with a little bit hazelnut oil from the_oilerie_beaverton and some old bay seasoning. We have Asparagus going in the air fryer and some rice with sugar free teriyaki sauce. It's in the bin and I'm not taking it out (like I did with the Metallica one). selflovesunday . It's my last full day in Bulgaria and I've had a great time relaxing, sight seeing, eating and sunbathing. Looking forward to getting back into a routine as I'm convinced I'll have put weight on. I left my scales back home as I wasn't confident they'd survive the baggage handlers so I'm not sure where I'm at at all I'm not too bothered in the grand scheme of things but it'll annoy me if I put on weight at football. This is because I'll pick up an own goal for my team for going over my start weight. That's not what the captain should be doing; lead by example, right? Slightly worried water retention after the flight may have an impact too I've eaten a lot of food over here and the vast majority has been healthy, although I have allowed myself a few treats. I haven't a clue how many calories I've eaten and I don't feel comfortable not being able to track. Even estimating has been difficult as I couldn't tell you what was in half the stuff! The food was great though, really enjoyed it, especially the feta, banitsa and snezhanka salad I'm really proud of myself for completing week 3 of Couchto5k yesterday and I'm tempted to start week 4 tomorrow before heading to the airport. It's a massive jump from 9 to 18 minutes of running, but I'll give it a go and see how I get on. If I can't manage it, I'll repeat week 3 and try again in a week. Given I'm a stubborn bastard, I'm hoping I surprise myself Whatever happens on Tuesday, I'm confident that it won't knock me off my stride and I'm extremely happy with my progress so far. It hasn't been easy but it's been great fun and I'm really excited to be on track to smashing more of my goals this year. Sometimes it’s not about having it all right, it’s about knowing when sometimes is wrong or isn’t working and doing something about it. Even if it means you have to stand alone. I’m about to enter a different and exciting phase in my training, I’m about to switch things up significantly and go back to focusing on my individual needs a bit more.
