Getting leaner and leaner, but the time is short so I try to squeeze in as much cardio as I can throughout my days!
Working Full-Time Physical job helps too as you're always on your feet, but it weights me down also!
Currently testing out the KETO diet for shredding, last year was a fail test as I didn't do my research, but this year seems to be going great so far! This is the leanest I've been ever and I feel completely fine. Of course there's a limit to everything and I will start to feel worse and worse as I'm leaning For anyone want to shred or just lose weight in general, I'd recomment KETO diet, do your research; It's easy to follow, you don't have many cravings, the first week will be a huge progress, I lost 3 kg within the first week of this diet! It's crazy. KETO is the way to go for now, but be careful and eat mainly healthy fats, otherwise it could affect your liver.
