redbec has been training with me for a while now and I have seen her confidence, fitness, strength and stamina grow and grow. There’s a study by Loria Kohen et al. Getting leaner and leaner, but the time is short so I try to squeeze in as much cardio as I can throughout my days! Working Full-Time Physical job helps too as you're always on your feet, but it weights me down also! Currently testing out the KETO diet for shredding, last year was a fail test as I didn't do my research, but this year seems to be going great so far! This is the leanest I've been ever and I feel completely fine. Of course there's a limit to everything and I will start to feel worse and worse as I'm leaning For anyone want to shred or just lose weight in general, I'd recomment KETO diet, do your research; It's easy to follow, you don't have many cravings, the first week will be a huge progress, I lost 3 kg within the first week of this diet! It's crazy. KETO is the way to go for now, but be careful and eat mainly healthy fats, otherwise it could affect your liver. Good Luck for anyone trying out the diet. Thanks for the support! Arch your Back Remain arched and upright at all times. Grip the bar and always as with every exercise keep the wrists straight. Pull the weight down starting the motion from the lower back and under the armpits. As you pull drive the elbows hard down and back Stopping them from flaring away from the body and going forward. Pause at the full stretch straight arm position and pause and squeeze in the fully contracted position. Always use a full range of motion However dont change body shape or anything else to try to get a bigger range which could cause injury. Keep.maximum tension on the muscles by performing the negative portion of the repetition exactly the same as the positive. Focus on the repetition that you are doing rather than an amount of repetitions to create maximum tension and as much stress on the muscle as possible.
