He's so right. I am personally tired of the SAD (standard American diet). I have realized that I do not feel well eating like the majority. I am also tired of being judged or having feelings of concern from others for what I eat now or don't eat. I have lost 25+ lbs, I feel great, I see my doctor regularly, I listen to my body. When I was scarfing food that didn't make me feel good, where were you then? So I'll be the minority. Because to be elite like some of the minority, you have to mimic and train like them, too. So it’s been a busy time in life. A new Mon-Fri job, a baby and the dad bod. Well, today it felt good to compete again! Glad to see some friends and have my butt kicked by some difficult work outs! Great job gts_crossfit for hosting and running a smooth, fun and challenging competition! This is only their second comp, but they killed it! A giant ‘thank you’ to freshprepllc for fueling me! Life has been busy and meal prepping would be difficult! It is awesome to pick up healthy, freshly packaged meals once a week to energize me for work, working out and everything in between! Lastly, but most importantly, a huge ‘thank you’ to my beautiful wife and amazing daughter for spending their entire Saturday at a gym to cheer me on! marystankus you’re my biggest fan, and I’m so grateful that you are on my team 😍 love you
