I felt real tired today and was supposed to do a pretty tough leg day In the past I would have forced it BUT now I have listen to my body better! I still do some bone head things from time to time because I am a meathead at heart BUT I have no problem dialing it back when I need to anymore I dont feel like I am losing anything IN FACT I actually gain a lot from "skipping" a workout when I need to I dont recommend doing nothing though. Mobility work and some light heart rate are almost never a bad idea in these situations I perked up will get a good night sleep tonight and guarantee I will have a better workout tomorrow than I would have today I have a plan yes but that piece of paper does not see what life brings in front of you from day to day I am training for life so it is my goal to not let training have a negative impact on what I can do outside of the gym That is priority numero uno for me! Throwback to when I had just found out I was PRAGANAT with Sarina. I was 4 weeks or so at the time. I found out early, lol. Also, swipe to see that YES, I have loose skin. While I had bariatric surgery to aid me with my weight loss, I have not had any other plastics.
