I wanted to GIVE up half way through my work out tonight. I got up this morning at 3:30am and worked 12.5 hours. I have to get up tomorrow at 3:30am again. I have every excuse in the book to give up. I'm tired, I worked a long day, and I just simply don't have the energy
This picture was directly right after my work out, kind of awkward to take because I was breathing hard lol but hey🤷♀️ I wanted to show you even though I had all the excuses, I didn't give up
I didn't give up half way through because the thought of wondering "what if I would of completed that work out, would I be that much closer to my goals?" It's so easy to push things off into tomorrow but that just means it is one more day added from advancing from reaching your goals
