GIRLS TRAIN CHEST?? Honestly I used to neglect chest because I never saw many others doing it 🤔 But why?? Be prepared for your legs to fall off with this one🦵🏼😬 but it’s Monday, let’s goooooo! I smashed out this legs & Abs workout this morning, & was a sweaty mess by the end. I honestly love workouts that challenge me like that though, so good to get your heart rate up, burn fat, & get your cardio in. 👏🏻⁣ .⁣ ▪️12 (each leg) Side to side steps ⁣ ▪️12 Jump off squats ⁣ ▪️12 (each leg) Elevated lunge to floor lunge⁣ ▪️12 (each side) Side plank with tuck ⁣ ▪️12 (each side) Elevated side lunge ⁣ ▪️15 Elevated glute bridge ⁣ ▪️16 static squat to reverse lunge ⁣ ▪️15 Weighted V-ups ⁣ ▪️12 Weighted in & out jumps ⁣ ▪️12 Kettlebell swings (not videoed)⁣ .⁣ 3x through total, 1 min rest between rounds. Whew, trust me you’ll be feeling this one by the end! NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ✨✨✨ I’ve had a weekend of fun, family and lots of food! On Friday I had a day of celebration after finishing university, then Saturday I had my cousins wedding and yesterday I went out for lunch with my best friend. I’m not going to lie, I have woken up today feeling not very positive about my body. I know that it’s just water weight but I feel so bloated and a lot bigger than I was on Thursday, but I just have to keep telling myself that it’s just WATER WEIGHT! You will not gain weight from 3 days off plan, it will not ruin your progress, and it is okay to enjoy yourself. I’m not starving myself today, or going on any crazy diets, I’m just going back to how I usually eat and train, and within a few days I’ll be back to where I was 💗

7 правил тренировки бицепса на турнике WORKOUT✅ Пройдясь по десятку пабликов ВКонтакте у меня возникло стойкое ощущение того, что вопрос о накачке бицепса (да и других мышц) с помощью турника до сих пор не потерял своей актуальности. Хотя я и не особо поддерживаю эту гонку за мышцами ради мышц (или чисто ради внешнего вида), я всё же поделюсь в этой статье несколькими советами, которые позволят вам сделать ваши бицепсы больше и сильнее! Для этого вам нужно всего лишь навсего следовать следующим семи советам, которые я даю и не забывать о них во время тренировок! 1) Меняйте хват Чем шире хват, тем большая нагрузка идёт на короткую головку бицепса, в то время как узкий хват фокусирует нагрузку на длинной головке. Прорабатывайте обе головки мышцы меняя хваты в каждом подходе ;) 2) Правильная амплитуда Наибольшее напряжение в мышце при сгибании в локте достигается между 80 и 100 градусами. В тоже время, когда упражнения выполняются в полной амплитуде, кроме бицепса в них включаются (и забирают свою долю нагрузки) также мышцы предплечья и спины! 3) Следите за локтями При выполнении подтягиваний на бицепс старайтесь зафиксировать свои локти, чтобы двигаться относительно них. 4) Следите за плечами Сведите лопатки максимально вместе и старайтесь не разводить их при выполнении подтягиваний. 5) Никаких рывков Вы должны чётко контролировать процесс выполнения каждого повторения. Это относится и к фазе подъёма (сгибания) и к фазе спуска (разгибания). Таким образом вы максимизируете количество задействованных мышечных волокон. 6) Экспериментируйте Меняйте упражнения, количества подходов, количества повторений, темп выполнения повторений, время отдыха и т.д. и т.п. Не давайте своим мышцам привыкнуть к нагрузке! 7) Делайте больше Скорее всего вы не получаете желаемого результата, потому что недостаточно выкладываетесь на тренировке. Если я говорю больше, это действительно значит больше.
