[swipe 👉🏽] DAY 21: treadmill booty warm up 🔥

Warming up is 12/10 a major key, especially to reduce chance of injury and get the blood flowing!
Do you need to do fancy treadmill stuff?? Nah.
BUT - to make it fun and a little more challenging this is definitely something to try :)

⭐️ Make sure to turn on my post notifications and keep up on my IG story, so you don’t miss my posts!
1️⃣0️⃣ minute warm up —> change and alternate as needed to fit you! *incline is set at 9.5 with varying speeds*
MIN 1-3▫️banded side steps: I increased the speed on the treadmill to add a little more difficulty, switch sides each minute.
MIN 3-5▫️front lunges + lunge to kickback: alternate every 30 seconds!
MIN 5-8▫️incline walking: making sure I am stepping wide with the band around my thighs.
MIN 8-9▫️standing abduction: kickback at about a 45 degree angle, and switch legs after 30 seconds.
MIN 9-10▫️supporter squats: finishing up, and getting the blood flowing to all the lower body!
Just a little change of pace in my style of vids since a lot of you have asked for warm ups. 🤠🤠 yeeyee
