I feel weird posting this and I normally wouldn't, but I want to be able to showcase my progression and use this as accountability as I go through the bradleymartyn 15 week lean bulk program. This body made 2 babies that weighed over 9 lb, this body has stretch marks, wrinkles, and far from perfect but, I love myself and I am strong It's all about progress & dedication I don't share much fitness stuff on my page anymore but, since Dec. 22nd I decided it was time for some change! Here are 3 photos that show my progress over the past 3 months. I have lost a total of 22 lb. I met my goal weight but, this is just the beginning for me Being healthy and working out has almost eliminated my stress! I am healthier mentally and physically ❤ I am a better me 1st picture Dec. 22nd 2nd picture Feb. 2nd 3rd picture March 16th This absolutely did not come easy and I did not do any program or buy expensive shakes or equipment I started with intermittent fasting to get going and dropped weight quick, stopped eating junk and stopping drinking at night. I also did cardio at least 4 times a week Then I started doing floor workouts at home and counting my macros I joined the YMCA a few weeks ago to give me something new & I love it! I lift weights & cardio 4 days a week The biggest and most important change I made was cleaning up my diet & cut drinking down to a minimum- maybe 2 drinks a week! And I drink a ton of water! Finally back to deadlifting, consistently deadlifting, after like two years of a fairly slow lower back rehabilitation. I was feeling like an old man for a bit but not so much anymore! Everything feels cleaner now and I'm way more focused on smaller details. Even better is that i'm stronger than ever. This set wasn't "perfect". I can easily point out a handful of things that need tweaking but I'm not stressing it. That'll come with time and more reps. Really wish I wore that belt years ago but hey, lesson learned. Everyone takes an L though. Stay humble or will you be humbled.

Do you need to do fancy treadmill stuff?? Nah. BUT - to make it fun and a little more challenging this is definitely something to try :) FT. my new bootybands that launch on my birthday - April 6th! 🍑 ⭐️ Make sure to turn on my post notifications and keep up on my IG story, so you don’t miss my posts! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣0️⃣ minute warm up —> change and alternate as needed to fit you! *incline is set at 9.5 with varying speeds* MIN 1-3▫️banded side steps: I increased the speed on the treadmill to add a little more difficulty, switch sides each minute.
