It’s ok to eat food. It’s ok to eat meat and carbs and veggies and butter.
Taking away the things you love in life aren’t going to make you slimmer or stronger, they’re going to make you miserable and quit.
Is this dinner from the other night portioned? Somewhat.
Did I enjoy it? Absolutely
Did the scale move? No.
And that’s ok. This weekend is gonna be hard and everyone gets a day off tomorrow for Easter, but you best believe that I’ll see you on Monday

I find running is actually what helps me clear my mind the most and recenter myself when I need it most.
And although I have a “love-hate” relationship with it, it’s the calm “me time” I need when everything else can sometimes feel overwhelming.

T'was a great training day today because they were Rep PRs, also increase weight on my DB BP to 40lbs🙌🏼
Sometimes life gets in the way and you can’t plan for what it throws at you. This week was a rough one, but I finally got back to a nice workout in the middle of the night. Bis and tris will have to do for now! 👊🏻💪🏻
