Le Handstand Pratiquer le handstand est exellent pour développer de la force qui t'aidera avec plusieurs autres mouvements. Si tu pense que ce mouvement est impossible voici un text qui t'aidera à progresser rapidement vers ce mouvement. Tout d'abord pour éviter les blessures commence par un bon warmup. Tu peux utiliser des boules de massage, des élastiques, un foam roller ou des étirement. (Personnellement j'aime bien les boules et les élastiques.) Ensuite commence par une des progressions suivante: -Face au mur avec ou sans barre parallele -Avec l'aide d'une personne qui t'assisent en tenant tes jambes. -Avec des exercise comme le overhead press avec Barbell ou dumbells À la fin de ton entraînement trouve toi une routine pour détendre tes muscles. En progressant sur ce mouvement ton corp va s'habituer au fil du temps et tu aura un sentiment incroyable d'accomplissement à pouvoir exécuter quelque chose que tu croyait impossible à faire!
