My weight is still coming down. I can't say for sure yet but it seems like a major shift happened when I switched to early morning workouts. I'm sure the two 30+ minute bike rides per week are helping too. I started off by not taking the bus to and from the train to work and walking. I cut my calories down to maintainance at first then calculated what I needed for cutting. I do weigh food that I make and track foods that I dont make in a calorie counter to make sure I'm not over or undereating. My big goal is to conquer my sleep requirements. Its been a struggle but I'm using tools for that. Sleep is important for all your physical and mental performance and recovery. Squats haven’t been my friend for a while, but we are working on our relationship again👀 . I’ve complitely started from scratch with squats the last month or so, and really trying to focous on my form over a lot of weights There is nothing wrong with assessing where you are and starting over if you need to To change it up I did pyramide circuit today: . The first two slides 🔺 10 squats with low weight 🔺 8 squats with medium weight 🔺 6 squats with max weight x3 . Last to slides 🔺 10 squats with max weight 🔺 8 squats with most weight dropped 🔺 No weight burn out . Try it! ❤️ it! Save it! Because I had none today and it was not easy getting to the gym But because of my promise to myself and my goals about getting healthier and stronger we pushed through You can’t rely on motivation all the time, but usually we got more motivation when we start doing something we want to acheive, so use that to form habits! Working on new goals 💎 Program change as my body completely stopped doing what it was suppose to do for the upcoming tntmuscle tntmuscleshowdown2019 so I will not be competing this weekend. When my coach dustincosman first told me this I was upset and disappointed. I wanted so much to get up on stage to show all my hard work and progress. I wasn’t mad or upset at him. He was so sensitive, honest, and protective of my overall health rather than push me to measures that my body wasn’t ready for. sogratefull So we tweaked a few things and I’m training hard, carbs are up and I’m motivated as f&&k I received so much support from family and friends. Week 1 - Week 11 - After getting a little tear in my left peck and then getting an even bigger one in my right peck, literally within the space of a few weeks of one another, I came back after a few weeks off benching 55kg 55 F*CKING KILO GRAMS and literally my whole shoulder was shaking and I was still in a fair bit of discomfort - But 11 weeks later I’m back benching 120kg for 8 reps on my first set and then a few more sets of 6. Should of probably only taken me 8 but whatever 11 will do. - I kept a training diary for the first time and literally stopped me from rushing with the weight and re-injuring myself again, something I seem to have a habit of doing - 160kg Bench is back in my sights again

J'ai toujours eu énormément de mal avec les exos où je dois me soulever, je pensais que c'était dû à mon poids, mais même après avoir perdu 25kg, c'est toujours aussi dur. Comme les dips, je ne lâche rien et je continue. 💪🏾 🇺🇸. Because I really want to show everything, here is the exercise where I'm the worst : chinup (pull-up also). I always had a lot of trouble with the exercises where I have to lift myself, I thought it was due to my weight, but even after losing 25kg, it's still so hard. throwback Saw this photos recently and I still can't believe I manage to change my life. During my early 2010 i still had a lot of issue with my back and I spend money on gym membership trying to change my life but I always skip when ever I had a back pain / ache and always giving excuess I think a few months after the photo was taken in 2013 I went for another back operarion the following year If I recall correctly. Went for a few surgery to the point I forgotten when haha But still I have to say I am glad that where I am today. Even today is horrible, over the time if you put in effort and hardwork you will see results but by doing this you will have to make some sacrifice , you have to be firm but sadly everything need time and you only can choose this or that. Even if people leave so be it. That's how important you are to them anyway. Be firm and always believe in yourself .
