I've started taking orders for the next month for the 15variants of home blends/podis, that I make. These are freshly made to order. Details are in my Insta story or you could DM me.
Sharing today a very simple, multi cuisine IndianThali. :
Firstly, to welcome the raw mangoes in the kitchen, there's spicy and tangy mint chutney.
Then for my husband's abundant love for the Karnataka cuisine and eggplants, there's Badnekayi palya or White eggplants cooked using home made Karnata Curry powder or Palyada Podi. :
Then there's a simple North Indian style Cabbage curry made with tomatoes, flavoured with turmeric, ginger, red chilli and coriander powder. :
The daal is a very UP version. It's a mix of Arhar + Urad cooked along with ginger garlic paste. Then tempered with ghee, regular condiments and tomato pureé. Topped with onion birista and a pinch of home made garam masala. :
And to finish all, for a,change there's only steamed rice. I've used Basmati here.
